THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT CRITICISM OF ITS GOVERNMENT AND THE GENERAL PATTERN OF DIFFICULTIES FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE IN VARIOUS FIELDS OF TAX POLICIES, BUDGET DISTRIBUTION AND SOCIAL FUND DISTRIBUTION IN ALL TYPES OF GOVERNMENTS.

The German Parliament criticized the government for social injustice in various fields that entailed the social fund distribution, the tax policies and the budget plan in their budget debate, despite the government success in reducing unemployment by over three percent (3%) in few years and an increased general efficiency in Germany. These criticism of the governments, despite the success revealed a general pattern of difficulties in all types of governments concerning an acceptable, fair, or just social plan for all the different classes in societies and communities in many countries in the various fields mentioned, specifically in the fields of taxation, budget distribution and social fund distribution. The USA government recent tax policy that would tax the wealthy more than others, if implemented will be the unfairest tax plan in a capitalist type of government in which high demands have been placed on citizens for the required efficiency , high quality production and prosperity, instead of the sought for equal income, despite the differences in people's efficiency.
