USA AND WESTERN COUNTRIES CONVENED IN THE USA CAPITAL CITY WASHINGTON DC FOR THE DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE CONTROL WITH THE EFFECTIVE MEANS OF IMPLEMENTING THE IAEA NONE NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION TREATY.

      USA and Western Countries convened in the USA capital city Washington DC early Morning Yesterday for the discussion of possible and the most effective means and ways of implementing the IAEA None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty that should further prevent the spread of nuclear materials and nuclear weapons from reaching the farthest corners of the Earth and in to the hands of less reliable, less secure and unsafe hands of terrorists Organizations and governments in the various Continents and countries of this World, particularly in the countries of the Middle East, The Persian Gulf, the Arab World and North African Countries, after various media sources that comprised of the domestic, foreign, or International media covered extensively about the possible spread of nuclear materials and nuclear weapons with the less recommended tests of  the short and long range missiles that may be armed and supplied with nuclear war heads and nuclear materials respectively. Among the Western Countries Leaders that attended the Nuclear Convention was the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel who emphasized on the facts of the None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty as the begin of the series of future meetings on the subject and compared the seriousness in the meeting for None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty to the Environmental Protection Summit that may require continuous attention of the Western Leaders and their countries in the next few decades. However, the USA and Russia have remained the World's major leading countries in possession of vast nuclear war heads, nuclear materials and the atomic bomb followed by China and other countries such as Japan France England Ukraine India Pakistan Israel and Iran. Besides, the suspected Arab World and North African Countries that may be in possession of both nuclear materials and nuclear weapons as the suspected countries of Iran, Iraq, Syria and the former Democratic Republic of Sudan.
