THE NATO AND RUSSIA HAVE ANNOUNCED THEIR INTENTIION TO RESUME NEGOTIATION ON THE MAIN SIGNIFICANT DEFENSE ISSUES WITH EMPHASIS ON THE CURRENT ARMED CONFLICT IN UKRAINE WITH THE DEPLOYMENT AND USE OF THE BAN AND STRATEGIC DEFENSE WEAPONS.

      The NATO and Russia have announced their intention to resume the scheduled negotiation on the main and significant defense issues with emphasis on the current conflict in East of Ukraine after over two years time period has elapsed since the last negotiation on defense issues between the NATO and Russia had begun with the apparent confrontation of the World's major defense Organization and one of the World's super powers in fierce military confrontation airforce skirmishes, specially of the USA forces, the European Union Countries Drones and few Eastern European Countries against Russia at the Russian Western border to the South Eastern border of East of Ukraine. However, the main and significant defense issues that may be specified in a forthnight could entail threats and violation in the use of strategic defense weapons with the deployment and use of the ban and strategic defense weapons such as the Continental Long Range Defense Missile with other similar long range and short range ballistic missiles against targets in the domestic European cities and towns. Besides the use of Drones for surveillance and strategic defense measures in initial defense operation measures that may entail the use of the unmanned vehicles to target specific targets beyond the lines of fire of the advancing enemy forces in a hostile environment, or in the defense region of the advancing enemy forces. In other parts of the World,or of the Western Europe, the Eastern Europe and the Pacific Ocean region long range missiles had been frequently launched by unidentified forces against the capital city Berlin and the Pacific Ocean Islands of the Pacific Ocean region. Nonetheless, satellite images have frequently revealed the projected trajectory of the missiles that had been launched against Germany's capital city Berlin and the Pacific Islands in the Pacific Ocean region that were all and with less fortune intercepted reversed and destroyed before the launched long range missiles reach their intended targets in the far away destinations as the capital city of Germany Berlin and the Pacific Ocean Islands.
