FIVE MAJOR NUCLEAR ELECTRIC POWER COMPANIES HAVE REACHED COMPROMISE WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION ON THE CONTROVERSIAL ENERGY POLICY WITH THE SHIFT TO ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES.

      Five of the eight major Nuclear Electric Power Companies that uses the atomic energy as their main source for the generation of electricity to meet the rising high demand for domestic electric power consumption in the various States of Germany, but had been obliged to partly, or totally shutdown their Nuclear Reactors, due to the implementation, or enforcement of the change of the government's energy policy with the shift to the less hazardous Environment friendly and renewable energy sources such as the Wind the Solar the Hydro Electric and the Geothermal energy sources have initially reached compromise with the government's Atomic Energy Commission and with other major Electric Power Companies that entailed E-ON, RWE, Vattenfall, EN-BW and the North Rhein Westfallen  Nuclear Energy Company on the agreement for fair distribution of the cost for early closer of the Electric Power Companies with the cost for the storage, or neutralization of the hazardous nuclear waste materials from the Nuclear Companies storage facilities until the years two thousand and twenty two and two thousand twenty four, despite repeated demands of the mentioned Electric Power Companies for compensation  against the closer of most of their Nuclear Reactors, after the Electric Companies had passed the required stress test that will allow the operation of the Nuclear Reactors until the specified years of two thousand and twenty two with possible extension until the years two thousand thirty five  two thousand fifty and two thousand ninety respectively. However, the amount of twenty three  point three billion Euros for the cost of the change of the government's energy policy with the shift to the Environment friendly renewable energy sources may be equally and fairly distributed among the Electric Companies that uses Nuclear Energy as their main source for the generation of electricity and among the government's financial Institutions and the tax payers in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Other Electric Power Companies have further appealed their demand for compensation from the government at the country's Highest Court, after the Regional Courts rejected their Appeal for compensation as contrary to government's change of energy policy with the shift to the less harmful and Environment friendly energy sources. Besides the absolute demand for stress test success of every Nuclear Reactor to remain operational within the States of Germany until the specified years for the closer of all the Nuclear Reactors in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
