POLICY MAKING DIFFERENCES CONTINUES AMONG THE GOVERNMENT'S MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES ON VARIOUS POLITICAL, FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL ISSUES, DESPITE THE GOVERNMENTS ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS BY THE ENACTION OF LEGISLATIONS THAT SPECIFIED PENALTIES AGAINST VIOLATION.

      Policy making differences continues to emerged on various political financial social and other issues such as homosexuality prostitution lesbian practice gay marriage and abortion between governments' major political parties, governments' main governing and ruling branches  and among citizens of various Communities and Societies of many countries, specially in the most developed countries of the World as in the USA the European Union Countries Canada and Australia. Besides the other developed and developing countries of the World in which the mentioned political, financial and social difficulties with other aspects of human weakness and education failure to educate and guide its citizens toward the generally accepted decent and disciplined lifestyle that have unfortunately remained the controversial political, financial and social issues in the seemingly never ending government's discussion, Parliamentary debates and citizens frequent protest by either demonstration, or strike against the government's various Institutions lack of compromise on the required solution to the mentioned difficulties that have continuously emerged in various Communities and Societies of both the developed and the developing countries in which social problems financial difficulties and the mentioned an unusual human practices have not been made the exceptions, despite the governments' continued effort in the attempts to settle the frequently emerging social, financial and policy making differences by discussion, or extended Parliamentary debates  with the enaction of legislations that emphasized penalties against violation of both the government's Institutions with the citizens rights, rather than the equally enacted legislation that recognized the few mentioned difficulties and defended citizens unusual practices such as homosexuality, prostitution, gay marriage abortion and other human's unusual sexual practices as citizens basic Constitutional and Civil Rights that requires legislative protection with the regulation of human's unusual sexual practices to their advantage, or citizens advantages, rather than the attempts to discourage them, or ignore them as less significant social issues of the less educated and less privilege minorities in the Communities and Societies of both the developed and developing countries of this World for which the USA and the European Union Countries have not been the exception.
