CHANCELLOR ANGELA MERKEL STATEMENT ON THE CONTROVERSIAL REQUEST, OR RATHER THE DEMAND FOR FURTHER INDICTMENT PROCESS OF THE TOP SHOW JOURNALIST HAS CAUSED UNPRECEDENTED DIVIDE AMONG THE MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE CABINET MEMBERS OF GERMANY'S LARGEST COALITION GOVERNMENT AS AN EXCESSIVELY POLITICIZED SUBJECT.

     Chancellor Angela Merkel brief televised statement on the controversial request, or rather the demand for further indictment process against the top show television journalist Mr. Bohmerman  on charges of deformation of President's reputation by the Turkey President Razip Tayyip Erdogan the current President of Turkey, despite fierce criticism against his accusation with the filed lawsuit against fellow journalist has caused unprecedented wide range and greater divide among Germany's largest Coalition Government Political Parties, the cabinet members and journalists in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, particularly after the Chancellor's brief televised statement in which the Chancellor emphasized the Democratic Republic of Germany as the nation of Justice governed by legislative, Constitutional and Civil Rights of every citizen, or person which many media sources have generally described as widely politicized beyond the legislative and technical aspects of journalistic rights of freedom of speech in the published and broadcasted news within the domestic country of freedom of speech as in Germany, rather than in other foreign country as the Republic of Turkey. However, the Judiciary, Legislation and Journalists Professionals have pointed the fact about Germany's enacted legislations on the subject in paragraphs one hundred and three (103) and paragraph one hundred and eighty five (185) which both guarantees the King's and the Queen's with the President's, or the highest Generals and Executives in office Rights against violation, or deformation of their reputation, particularly in the media of a foreign country and the penalties specified by the legislation have been three to five years imprisonment against violators that must be journalists in general, but in this case of the Turkey President request for indictment process against the deformation of his reputation it has been directed against the German tv show specialist and journalist Bohmerman. Other media sources have mentioned the fact about the confusion caused by ancient legislations enacted by the ruling of the Kings and Queens in to the law of countries about ten decades before the introduction of the freedom of speech in many European Countries that included the Democratic Republic of Germany.
