SUSTAINED CONTROVERSY ON TERROR THREATS LEGISLATIONS PREVAILED, AFTER THE HIGHEST COURT ADJOURNED ITS REQUIRED FINAL DECISION ON THE CASE, WHETHER THE TERROR LEGISLATIONS AND THE SECURITY MEASURES VIOLATES CITIZENS CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS IN THE VARIOUS STATES OF GERMANY AND THE EUROZONE MAJOR CITIES.

     The terror threats legislations and the terror threats precautionary security measures that have been partly implemented by the laws of the countries and enforced by the law enforcement personnel in the various States of Germany and the Eurozone Countries  with emphasis on the newly introduced terror threats legislation in Germany named the EKA that intensified the terror threats security measures in random searches of suspected persons and suspected homes with the additional security measures in taping, or spying individual phone calls and computers, or internet communication of suspected persons has required the Highest Court final decision, after the citizens in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen complained bitterly about the new terror legislation with the accompanying security measures in constant surveillance measures on the suspected individual, or groups of persons that may have regarded the legislation with the security measures as violation of citizens Constitutional and Civil Rights, despite the elevated security alert level measures in the various major cities of the Eurozone Countries, due to the repeated terror threats warnings against the major European Union cities, specially against the cities of Brussels in Belgium and the city of Paris in France. However, the Highest Court located in the German city of Karlsruhe has adjourned its required final decision on the subject  during the meeting held Yesterday in Germany's Highest Court which many people had expected would determine the right direction and resolve the dispute on the current terror legislation as Constitutionally acceptable, or should be regarded as previously claimed by many citizens as direct violation of citizens Constitutional and Civil Rights in the various States of Germany and the Eurozone major cities that entailed Germany's free State of Bayern Munchen. The second meeting of the Highest Court Judges with the Court's hearing for the expected final decision on the controversial case, whether the new terror legislation with the security measures protects citizens Constitutional and Civil Rights and provides security to the citizens, or not has been rescheduled until early in the month of June in the Year two thousand and sixteen (2016), after Yesterday's only extended session of the Court's meeting and hearing on the case that has further caused policy making dispute between the citizens and various political parties and the Parliament.
