GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT HAS ADJOURNED ITS REQUIRED FINAL DECISION ON SECURITY MEASURES AND DATA CONTROL FOR LONG DISTANCE AIR TRAVEL WITHIN THE UNIFIED LEGISLATION FOR DATA PROTECTION.

     Germany's Highest Court located in the city of Karlsruhe has adjourned its final session on the debate required for the Court's final decision on a unified data control, data protection for the security measures against terror threats and for the safety of air travelers at the domestic European Union air travel level and the foreign, or the International long distance air travel both at the global high level security measures, despite the rising concern for data protection issues and personal safety of air travelers around the World, particularly after political parties with the highest Executives and the members of Parliament concluded their decision for air travel safety by intensified security measures and data control within the requirements of the unified data protection legislation of the Eurozone Countries of which many political parties and leaders had referred to as the first difficult request for decision making of its type that exceeded their authority within the given structures of systems of governments required for fair appropriate and sound decision making process with the approval of the Parliament and the government's three main ruling sectors that comprised of the Executive the Legislative and  Judiciary branches in the democratic type of system of governments as the European Union Countries the USA Canada Australia, the major Asian Countries of China and Japan with other countries of Middle Eastern the Arab World and African Countries that have been globally joint together by both the domestic and long distance air travel without the requirement for thorough background check prior to the departure of an individual air traveler to the far away destinations of their choice by means of air travel. These series of issues mentioned on the security measures for the safety of air travel became the major policy making issues of many systems of governments with emphasis on the requirement for background check of each and every domestic and long distance air traveler with the additional demand for storage of his personal data that may be collected, stored, controlled and recovered, or recalled for later use, when necessary and all these security measures should be within the umbrella, or framework of the unified European Union legislation for data protection, or the USA Government legislation for data control and data protection within the States of the USA that may not be implemented elsewhere, or in the mentioned countries of the World that have both enjoyed the long distance air travel to far away destinations of their choice with the much money and lucrative businesses of the air travel Industry that has exceeded the performance of the other, or various means of other types of transportation that entailed the rail road long distance travel by trains, the on road long distance travel by automotive vehicles, or by motor cycles of various types and the long distance travel on Sea, or oceans and rivers by ships, or by boats that have repeatedly cruised on waters between Continents and countries for Centuries, or decades without the recent much concern for safety and security measures against terror threats and other forms of violations that may include immigration violation, goods smuggling and human traffic across Continents of many countries around the World. However, the next scheduled debate of the Highest Court on the difficult policy making issues for air travel security and safety with the required final decision of the Highest Court on the security measures that entailed the background check, personal data storage and data protection of an individual air traveler within the unified legislation for data protection will be more interesting and important for both the media and politicians of the many countries of the World.
