THE OPPOSITION INSISTENCE TO DECLARE THE SOUTHERN SUDAN AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY IN THIS WORLD ON THE FIRST (1ST) OF JULY IN THE YEAR 2011 MAY RESULT IN GUN BATTLES AND RENEWED WAR IN THE SOUTHERN SUDAN. The central government and the regional governments in the Southern Sudan may not grant the Opposition the executive power for the citizens rights in the Southern Sudan to the secession of the Southern Sudan in the second referendum, due to the fact that the Sudanese government and the governments abroad that comprised of the African and the Arab world countries have recognized and documented the first referendum result that did not attain the required percentage to split the South, but has given the Southerners another chance for the next referendum in about thirty to fifty years. However, the Opposition insistence to declare the Southern Sudan an independent country in this world on the first (1st) of July in the year 2011 may result in gun battles and renewed war in the Southern Sudan.
