Possible outbreak of another civil war and civilians carnage could occur in the Southern regions of Bahr El- Ghazal and the Upper Nile, if the Opposition and the military factions declare an independent Souther Sudan country on the 1st of July in the year 2011, despite the disputed referendum result that had been regarded short by a few percentage points to separate the country. The central military Headquarters has begun to deploy Troops to the Southern Sudan to reinforce the Southern Command for possible attacks on the two regions, if the military factions with the Opposition declare an independent Southern Sudan country. The deployment of the Troops would be accompanied by an elevated airspace defense surveillance in the entire country a month, or few weeks before the 1st of July.

In the USA the prices of the unleaded flactuated in the range of $3.85 to $3.95 in many gas stations, while in some it has exceeded the four dollar price per liter. Alternative means of transportation to driving that may entail riding in the pool vehicles, or the ride in the public transportation systems and even walking on foot would be an acceptable and rather pleasant means of transportation for many citizens in the USA and in Europe to enable them to save money.
