THE NATO RSUMPTION OF THE HIGH COMMAND AND THE AIRSTRIKES ON TARGETS INSIDE LIBYA HAS BEEN DESCRIBED AS CHAOTIC. The NATO resumption of the High command of the operations on the war in Libya has intensified the airstrikes on targets inside Libya and seemed welcomed by both the rebels and the citizens, eventhough the launch of the airstikes inside Libya have been described as chaotic and sensitive by some Arab world countries , due to the NATO's claim of responsibility for the protection of the citizens in Libya. Several of the renewed airstrikes in Libya have killed both the rebel forces and the citizens, but not the Libyan Army in the latest air and ground battles.
