THE GRADUAL CHANGES IN THE LIBYAN WAR MAY EVENTUALLY BREAK-OUT TO ANOTHER WAR OF ATRITION IN MISRATA AND BREGA.

The graual changing conditions in the current war in Libya may eventually break-out in to another war of atrition, if nothing is done against, or to avert the bad politics that has continued to influence, transform and poliferate all aspects of life that includes the humanitarian services and the individuals in the higher positions of power and wealth for unspecified objective which its disadvantages, or rather the consequences have been obvious in the spreading of hatred, sabotage, corruption, terrorism, the negative non violence, violence and arms related conflicts in the world today.
