BOTH THE NATO AND THE EUROPEAN FIRED MISSILES MISSED THE AFRICAN AND THE ARAB COUNTRIES LEADERS DURING THE ANNUAL MEETING HELD IN TRIPOLI.
The Organization of the African countries Unity the (OAU) convened in their annual convention as scheduled, inspite of the NATO and the European Allied forces airstrikes on targets inside Libya and despite the UN no fly zone sanction on Libya. Two airforce military Bases in Tripoli reported several missiles and fighter jets that have been either intercepted, destroyed, or shot down during the meeting. As a result the NATO's and the European fired missiles missed the African and the Arab countries leaders during the annual meeting held in Tripoli.
