THE GERMAN INTEGRATION POLICY, ALTHOUGH IT HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BASIC MEANS TO COMBAT ILLITERACY AMONG THE CHILDREN AND THE FAMILIES OF FOREIGNERS IN GERMANY, IT MAY ALSO BE AN OBSTACLE FOR THE CHILDREN THAT HAVE BEEN PRIVILEGED BY THEIR BIRTH IN THE GERMAN COMMUNITIES AND SOCIETY.

The German integration policy for the integration of foreigners in in the communities and societies in Germany, although it has proven to be the basic means to combat illiteracy and semi illiteracy among the children of foreigners and the families of foreign origin in German communities and society, it may also be an obstacle for many children borned of foreigners in the German communities and society that have been privileged by their birth to German citizenship and the opportunity for higher position allocation in the systems in Germany of both the government and the private sectors, due to the fact that since the implementation of the integration policy in the German system , proficiency in German language remains an obligation, likewise the profession of an individual, or any learned skill will determine the procession of foreigners applications for the German citizenship, their position in the system and their integration in German communities and society.
