LONDON'S MEETING TRANSFORMED THE UN NO FLY ZONE SANCTION AGAINST LIBYA IN TO THE OCCUPATION MILITARY MISSION IN LIBYA AND THE THIRD WAR IN THE NORTH AFRICAN AND THE ARAB WORLD REGION. The USA and the Allied leaders meeting in London may be the first mistake in the decision making process of the USA and the Allied leaders that could lead to the first tumble of the USA and the Allied forces in the American wars for the freedom of other countries, particularly in the Arab world region in general and specifically in the current young war in Libya. Although the London's meeting decision had been based on the Libyan citizens request, or demand for the removal of the leadership in their country, it has transformed the UN resolution for the NO FLY SANCTION against Libya in to the occupation military mission in Libya and the third war in the North African and the Arab world region.
