THE REQUEST FOR RESTRUCTURING AMERICA'S SOCIAL SET-UP AS A SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO PROBLEM SOLUTION HAS NOT GAINED POPULARITY AND OFTEN DISMISSED BY SOME PRIVILEGED UPPER CLASS THAT MAY HAVE ENJOYED THE STRUCTURES FOR GENERATIONS.

The request for the restructuring of the social set-up in America's diverse communities and societies in regard to the various class difference as a scientific approach to problem solution thay may bring forth the required social structures and order in the various communities and societies with all the accountability methods it may bring forth along with, or entail as of any system that intends to produce industrious , productive, civilized and intelligent citizens that are easily integrated than stained with racial differences, or racial divide has remained the request for the theme that has not gained popularity and has been dismissed by those privileged upper class who may have violated the order of the very structures they have enjoyed for generations as the the Dictatorship regimes of North Africa, the Middle East and the Arab world countries.
