USA, Russian, European Union countries, NATO Allied Forces leaders, Generals and delegates have convened in Germany's Northern State of Scleswig Holstein to either avert the possible outbreak of the predicted worst military conflict between the West and Eastern Europe, particularly against the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces in East of Ukraine, or to decide upon the scheduled military intervention in the month of July in the Year two thousand and fifteen (2015) against the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces in East of Ukraine with the effective use of the Allied Forces military force without the UN Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as an alternative solution to the resolution of difficult and long term conflicts for peaceful purpose.The NATO Allied Forces and five hundred Russian Intervention Forces based in Czechoslovakia have announced their preparedness for the possible assault against the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces in East of Ukraine and few Eastern European countries that entailed Lituaen (Litvia), Georgian and Estonia have expressed their support for the European Union and NATO'S Allied Forces military intervention in East of Ukraine. However, few Russian Generals, particularly of the Russian Federation Allied Forces have expressed their objection to the European Union and NATO'S Allied Forces military intervention against the Pro- Russian Rebel Forces in East of Ukraine, but expressed their concern for peace in East of Ukraine by peaceful negotiation that will enable the relinquishment of heavy machinery weapons and weapons of mass destruction by the Pro- Russian Rebel Forces as obligated by Minsk Agreement for peace in East of Ukraine.
