Civil indiscipline by demonstration and strike continued in Germany's various States that entailed the capital city Berlin and the Free State of Bayern Munchen after the government, Trade Unions and employees of the public sector failed to reach compromise on the unheeded demands that included tariff increase, improved working condition and unlimited overtime working hours with increase bonus for the long term and experienced employees of the public sector. The Trade Unions with the employees of the public sector demanded the specific tariff increase rate of five point five percent (5.5%) in the third round of discussion for tariff increase for employees of the public sector in the various States of Germany, instead of the allocated tariff increase percentage of three point five percent (3.5%), four percent (4%) and four point five percent (4.5%) tariff increase for the public sector employees in the various fields of white color employment with the reinforcement of the labor force. Reason for citizens continued protest by demonstration and strike in the various States, due to their demand for pay increase has been mentioned as wide range and entailed the need for more cash they deserve to meet the rising expense for the relatively higher standards of living in Germany's various States and in the Eurozone countries. Besides, the demand for a fair, or a lion's share portion in the country's current prosperity by hard work in extended, or unlimited over time working hours for long term, or experienced professionals and workers of the public sector.
