THE USA AND NATO ALLIED FORCES SCHEDULED MILITARY OPERATION THAT HAS BEEN JUSTIFIED BY ITS INTENTION FOR PEACE AND VIOLATION OF MINSK AGREEMENT FOR PEACE IN EAST OF UKRAINE SHOULD BE REGARDED AS VIOLATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE IN EAST OF UKRAINE.

       Mounting pressure for possible outbreak of another fierce battle in East of Ukraine and between the Allied NATO Forces that comprised of the USA military, the European Union and specifically England, France Germany with the remaining twenty five European Union countries against the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces continues, after the Allied Forces repeatedly announced their preparedness for the scheduled military operation in the month of July in the year two thousand and fifteen (2015) against the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces during the Allied Forces intensive military training in the Republic of Czechosklovakia, despite Russian government commitment with five hundred Russian soldiers in the operation which has been intended for peace in East of Ukraine by use of military force by the USA and NATO Allied Forces. However, satellites images have revealed massive movement of armed and mechanized forces along the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine which the surveillance images and media sources claimed to have been the strongest Russian Special Forces, rather than the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces building fortress along the border for another all out attack against the USA and NATO Allied Forces as in the previous year. The USA and NATO Allied Forces scheduled military operation that has been justified by its intention for pace and violation of Minsk Agreement for peace in East of Ukraine should also be regarded as violation of the United Nations alternative Resolution for the resolution of conflict by use of military force in difficult and long term civil wars, or devastating military conflicts that often requires the approval of the United Nations Security Council Members that entailed the USA, Russia, China, England, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Israel with other Middle East, Arab World and African countries that have not convened and approved the scheduled military operation intended for peace in East of Ukraine.
