European Union Parliament in Brussels has scheduled its first debate on refugees and illegal immigrant influx to Europe by boats through the Italian small Mediterranean coastal town of Lampedusa for Thursday the month of April 23rd in the year two thousand and fifteen (2015) after the European Union media personnel covered extensively on the domestic and International media their government's irresponsibility with regard to citizens rising concern about the unexpected refugees influx to Europe by Sea and on small fishing boats that frequently capsized and killed thousands of innocent refugees and illegal immigrants from Northern Africa countries, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and West African countries, specially those from Libya, Tunisia, Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Egypt and Nigeria. However, the European Union Parliament meeting which has been expected to limit and reduce refugees entry to Europe and prevent the death of thousands of innocent lives every year may fail in the required accomplishment of its objectives for the control of Europe's farthest Southern border line with Northern Africa, particularly on the Mediterranean coastline and on the Mediterranean Sea which both have been proven difficult to protect by fence and less controlled by the border and coast guard patrols. Sophisticated high technology devices and equipment such as Satellites, computers, telescopes, wired and wireless communication devices may be recommended during the debate as crucial to the continued effort being made to prevent refugees influx and frequent death of refugees at the coastal town of Lampedusa.
