The Arab World countries Airforce Alliance for airstrikes against the Huthi Rebels and terrorists in Yemen's capital Sana'a has further caused sectarian clashes between the various Islamic militant groups, particularly between the Sunni Islamic sector and the Shiite Islamic sector. Over a hundred innocent civilian citizens and refugees have died in the second airstrikes headed by Saudi Arabia Airforce against the Huthi Rebels that have devastated refugees camps and the main prison in Sana'a that had locked thousands of Islamic militant groups from both the two major Islamic Religion sectors the Sunni and Shiite sector. Refugees influx from Yemen to the various Arab and Islamic African countries has exceeded a hundred thousand refugees from Sana'a and other parts of Yemen. Insecurity in Yemen, humanitarian crisis with the spread of Islamic Militant Movements in both the Arab and Islamic African countries may remain the major theme for debate in the next Arab League Summit and in the Organization of the African Unity next meeting that may take place in the Ethiopian capital Addis Abbaba, despite African countries silence about the dramatic rise of Islamic Militant Movements in the African Continent with special emphais on the recent clashes in the West African countries, particularly in Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad, Central Africa Republic, Somalia, Kenya, Erithrea, Ethiopia, North and South of Sudan.
