Ukraine President Petrus Poroshenko has called upon Russia and the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces to help prevent further delay in the implementation of Minsk Agreement in the brief press Conference held Yesterday in Ukraine's capital city Kiev after repeated reports of ceasefire violation in the secured ceasefire zone and Pro-Russian Rebel Forces refusal to relinquish possession of heavy machinery weapons and weapons of mass destruction as required by the Minsk Agreement. European Union Peace Keeping Forces and Ukraine Forces deployment in East of Ukraine, instead of the required withdrawal from the war zone areas may cause further confrontation between the various forces in the region amidst frequent ceasefire violation and Pro-Russian Rebel Forces refusal to give-up their weapons. These difficult issues, or rather obstacles against faster implementation of Minsk Agreement has demanded the unlimited extension of the time period set for the implementation of Minsk Agreement with the requirement for further dialogue between the opposing Rebel Forces and Ukraine government in the presence of Russia and the European Union countries. The scheduled peace meeting for the completion of Minsk Agreement objectives should be held in the countries that have contributed much by continued peace effort for East of Ukraine, material assistance and by the deployment of Peace Keeping Forces on the ground.
