Dispute over tariff increase allocation for the public sector workers in Germany's various States has continued in the last three days by protest, demonstration and citizens indiscipline of strike, due to lack of compromise between the government, trade unions and public sector employees on the unheeded demands that entailed the requirement for tariff increase percentage, or pay raise and improved working condition for the over worked public sector employees. Besides the demand for unlimited over time bonus allocation for long term workers and experienced employees of the public sector. Additional round of talks has been expected in the next twenty four to forty eight hours in order for the government, trade unions and employees of the public sector to reach compromise on the allocation of tariff increase percentage which has been mentioned as five point five percent (5.5%) tariff increase percentage that may settle the dispute that has caused both the public and private sector the estimated sum that could exceed tens of millions of dollars in the last three days of continued strike. Employees and workers of the public sector have emphasized the reasons, or facts they claimed deserve pay raise which included fair share in the country's current prosperity to enable public sector employees to meet the ever increasing expense of higher standard of living in Germany and the Eurozone countries, or else further strike will continue, Inspite of the damage so far inflicted in financial loses in the first quarter of the business of this year.
