Eurozone highlighted theme of concern remains the requirement for faster implementation of Minsk Agreement that has been enforced at a relatively slower phase, despite the European Union Parliament request for security and peace in the expanded ceasefire zone in East of Ukraine. Attributes of difficulties and slower phase implementation of the objectives of Minsk Agreement has been specified as wide range and entailed frequent ceasefire violation in the expanded ceasefire region, Russia refusal to accept and increase United Nations and European Union countries Peace Keeping Forces in East of Ukraine and the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces refusal to relinquish heavy machinery weapons of mass destruction as required by the Minsk Agreement. This refusal to give-up, or insistence of the PRO-Russian Rebels to keep their weapons may derail the realization of the significant parts of Minsk Agreement that emphasized the allocation of humanitarian and finance assistance packages for both Ukraine and East of Ukraine before, during and after the election process that will determine the autonomy, or total independence of East of Ukraine from Ukraine with the presence of the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces in East of Ukraine. However, significant recovery to normal ways of living with the rebuilding process of the mostly destroyed cities of Donetsk and Lohansk in East of Ukraine region remains uncertain.
