Greece projected brighter finance and economic prospects for more financial freedom in Athens has once again survived the predicted huge financial tumble and economic downtrend after European Union Finance Ministers, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approval of further allocation of finance packages for Greece early in the last week that upgraded Greece credit line from below the acceptable credit line of the Eurozone member countries to an acceptable credit line that has not been released by the European Central Bank. However, much work has been required of Greece finance experts with regard to the faster phase finance and economic recovery in Athens within the limited time period that may not exceed the end of the month of July, despite Greece insistence for further cash flow from the Eurozone to Athens for the prevention of major banks insolvency attributed to difficulties in understanding the current cause of global recession which few finance Institutions in both the USA and Eurozone countries have asserted as corruption, or violation of the new bank regulations that will further cost the banks in Athens and many countries billions of dollars in finance difficulties loses. Therefore, temporary flow of cash in installment for Athens may be recommended with the extension of the time period for finance packages allocation and further implementation of the European Union Austerity Measures, instead of the request for cash flow that may not be necessary for many finance experts in both the Eurozone countries and in Greece, when Greece credit line has been upgraded by the European Central Bank by financial packages allocation until the end of the Month of July in the year 2015.
