GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT HAS ABSTAINED ITS RULING ON THE INDICTMENT PROCESS AGAINST THE NEO-NAZI SUSPECTS THAT WILL DETERMINE THE FINAL VERDICT ON THE BAN OF NEO-NAZI AFFILIATES WITH THEIR POLITICAL PARTIES CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY.

     Germany's Highest Court located in Karlsruhe has once gain reached the highest decisive point it has abstained to rule upon and requested Germany's Upper House, or the Bundesrat advice for the final decision on the indictment process against the Neo-Nazi suspects that have been accused of multiple killing of innocent civilian citizens in the various States of Germany with the ban on Neo-Nazi affiliates and Neo-Nazi political parties that entailed the extreme left wing political party Constitutional Right from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany, after the government with few citizens demanded of the Highest Court to revoke both the Right Wing and Left Wing Neo-Nazi affiliates and political parties Constitutional Rights from political participation in all the States of Germany which included the Free State of Bayern Munchen. The Highest Court objection to the demanded final judgment against the Neo-Nazi suspects with the ban on political participation has been based on insufficient evidence for the Court to convict the suspects and subject them to penalties as required by the legislations of the Democratic and Federal Republic of Germany. Besides previous Court and investigation records of wide range Neo-Nazi affiliates and suspects in all the States of Germany which included politicians, University Professors, Members of Parliament and other professionals whose civil and Constitutional Rights may have been violated by either random searches of their residence, or by beating and have not been compensated by the government, although many of the suspects and affiliates have been finally proven by Investigators as innocent, or acquitted by the Court as not guilty in multiple Court hearing.
