Dispute over the ban use of plastic bags with the financial benefits disadvantages on both the major and smaller businesses has varied considerably in Germany's various States that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen after legislators in the German Parliament also known as the Bundestag enacted the legislation for the ban on use of plastic bags by businesses in Germany early in the month, due to environmental protection reasons that seemed to have been overwhelmed by the practical use of plastic bags by customers in the markets, grocery stores and shopping Malls, rather than the financial benefits disadvantages, or the use of plastic bags by the major and small businesses for advertisement purpose that has considerably increased higher demands on various items every year. Legislators support of the legislation for the ban on use of plastic bags, despite the difficulties in the implementation, or enforcement of this legislation has been attributed to the non-degradable nature of the disposal bags that have polluted many streams, rivers, Oceans, various habitats and endangered many species lives with extinction. However, many businesses, or business owners have expressed their concern on the legislation for the ban on use of plastic bags that may be accompanied by similar ban on use of many items that can be recycled and may help conserve the Environment's natural resources from depletion at a lower cost, when compared to the financial and economic benefits loses caused by the ban on use of plastic bags and other items that can be recycled.
