THE USA AND RUSSIA RECENT MILITARY CO-OPERATION HAS BEEN ACCOMPANIED BY BAD SIGNS.

The recent USA and Russia co-operation in renewed military exercise in the pacific for air defense has been accompanied by various bad signs in Russia that included wild forest fire that has burned most of Russia's thick forest and the worse crops harvest in decades, due to unusual changes in the weather patterns in Russia and in the northern European countries. Nevertheless, some intellectuals have expressed their support for the recent military co-operation between Russia and the USA as a means that would ease the tension between the world's super powers and paved a way for honest strategic arms reduction and non nuclear porliferation policies.
