Georgia students exceptional schools performance this year, when compared to the previous years and to other schools in other States that may have been regarded as positive results of the project of No Child Left Behind and students brilliancy have been ruled by the school districts as manupulation of test scores of students by certain groups to qualify as many students as possible for promotion, farther studies and for scholarships. However, the details about the exceptional performance of the students that may have been fraud, instead of brilliancy has remained on the investigation level.
