THE FLOOD AND MUDSLIDE IN BOTH CHINA AND PAKISTAN HAVE BEEN DECLARED THE NATURAL CATASTROPHES OF THE MONTH.

The flood and mudslide in both China and Pakistan have been declared the natural catastrophes of the month by the UN, many governments and international organizations. In Pakistan alone over one thousand and a hundred people including women and children have died in the flood and mudslide disaster, while over twenty million others have been made homeless. In china over two thousand two hundred people have died, but the number of those made homeless have not been specified. The Chinese government have declared monday and possibly the next days of next week as the day for mourning of the victims of the flood and mudslide disaster in the country. The international organizations have estimated the amount of over four hundred and twenty million dollars as the sum needed to elevate the worsening condition of the flood and mudslide victims in Pakistan alone.
