Some Arab world countries decision for the ban of Blackberries, Smart i phones and computers, besides the implementation of the legislation that restricts entry of both domestic and foreign arrivals, or passengers in possession of Blackberries, Smart iphones and Computers in to their ports for unspecified reason has been contrary to the world concern for uniform cyber network and computer literacy required for both the globalized e-commerce and higher education through out and in all the countries of the world.
This decision of some of the Arab world countries for the ban of use Blackberry and other electronic devices, if implemented may hinder efficiency in various work fields and eventually stop progress, prosperity and developement in those countries.
