UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES IN THE MENTIONED COUNTRIES HAS CAUSED CONTROVERSIAL DEBATES AND POLITICAL DIVIDE AMONG EUROZONE MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES FOR THE REQUIRED SOLUTION TO THE CURRENT REFUGEE AND ASYLUM CRISIS IN WESTERN EUROPE.

      United Nations Convention currently being held in Geneva on various Human Rights abuse, refugee and asylum problems in many countries of this World that may last for the next seven days begun early in the week with special emphasis on the Human Rights abuse in Syria Eritrea White Russia and Sudan, despite the controversy on the question about the new enlistment, or numbers of Human Rights abuses that should be taken seriously as major Human Rights abuse and those that should be referred to as minor Human Rights abuse that should not be ignored, but instead be subjected to further scrutiny for the required solution, or appropriate penalties against violators in the mentioned countries. However, the return, or deportation of refugees and asylum seekers from the Eurozone Countries has been listed by both the United Nations Organization for Refugees and various Human Rights Groups as a serious Human Rights abuse, instead of a minor Human Rights abuse that can be corrected by regulations, or legislations. As a result the enlistment of the return, or deportation of refugees and asylum seekers by the United Nation Organization and other Human Rights Groups as a major Human Rights abuse has caused political divide among politicians and political parties that have supported and voted in the Parliament in favor of the government's plan for the solution of the refugee and asylum crisis in Germany and Western Europe by faster return, or deportation of refugees and asylum seekers to their home countries, specially for the refugees and asylum seekers that have been listed as from safer and secured home countries of origin  which the European Union Countries governments have allocated billions of Euros for the assistance of the refugees and asylum seekers in their home countries, instead of their assistance in the Eurozone Countries, due to various reasons that entailed the difficulty to fulfill the requirements needed of every refugee and asylum seeker and their family members in order for them to live in the Eurozone Countries without much problems. Integration difficulty has been another issue with  less proficiency and efficiency in the required languages and profession. Another question that has remained unanswered during the series of the controversial debates on Human Rights abuses has been What are the safety and security of the original home countries of either a  refugee, or asylum seeker being emphasized by the European Union Countries  in a European sense of safety security and Human Rights Abuse, or none Human Rights abuse, when compared to the current conditions facing the citizens of the developing countries of the Middle East the Arab World the Asian the Persian and African Countries?
