THE GOVERNORS OF GERMANY'S VARIOUS STATES CONVENED IN THE CHANCELLOR'S OFFICE IN BERLIN IN THE MEETING THAT HAS BEEN INTENDED FOR THE BRIEFING OF THE CHANCELLOR ON THE PROGRESS SO FAR ATTAINED AND THE DIFFICULTY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GOVERNMENT'S CHANGE OF ENERGY POLICY WITH THE SHIFT TO ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES .

      Governors of Germany's various States convened in the Chancellor's office in Berlin Yesterday for the official briefing of  Chancellor Angela Merkel on the progress so far attained in regard to the feasible initial and secondary stages of implementation of the government's change of energy policy with the shift from  the atomic energy and fossil fuel energy sources to the Environment friendly renewable energy sources within the framework of  specified demands and limitations being placed on the renewable energy power companies for the annual power production capacity, or in the percentage rate of annual energy generation capacity that should neither decline, nor exceed the average power generation capacity of renewable energy power companies that may fluctuate between the percentage rates of forty to forty five percent of the whole country's annual power capacity generation percentage rates from the various energy sources, despite the current difficulty in attaining the required power generation percentage rates specified by the government within the limited time period and until the Year two thousand and twenty five from the Environment friendly renewable energy sources that entailed the Wind, the Solar and Bio-mass energy sources in order for the Environment friendly power companies within the States of Germany to remain operational, or functional and compensate for the declining efficiency in power generation capacity of the renewable power companies, when compared to the efficient power generation capacity of the exiting electric power companies that uses hazardous and polluting electric energy power sources as the atomic energy, or the nuclear materials fission in Nuclear Reactors with the combustion of fossil fuel in petroleum and coal in automotive vehicles and electric power companies respectively. However, the challenges for absolute success in the predicted success of the renewable energy  power companies remains an issue of increasing concern about the ever increasing demand for electric energy consumption in the various States of Germany, particularly in the expanding industries, in the government's, or private office and in many Households that demands continues supply of electricity to meet the citizens higher consumption rate of electric energy in their homes cities towns and villages of the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen. The expected frequent price increase of electric energy generated by the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources companies remains an issue of major concern that requires compensation plan for both the electric power companies and citizens by increasing budget for the change of the government's energy policy with the shift to the Environment friendly renewable energy sources with continues energy supply benefits for the low income families in the various States of Germany by monthly, or annual allocation of energy benefits in vouchers, or  by the energy rabat for the citizens whose income with the ability to pay electric bills and other types of essential commodities bills may be affected by the minor price increase in the electric power prices in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen.
