MOTOR VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS ROAD ACCIDENTS HAS FURTHER FLUCTUATED ON RELATIVELY LOWER LEVEL OF FREQUENT ROAD ACCIDENTS RECORD ON THE INTERSTATES HIGHWAY AND MANY ROADS IN THE USA.

      Motor vehicles and Pedestrians road accidents has further fluctuated at relatively lower level of frequent road accidents records in the peak Season of high rate accidents, particularly on the Interstates Highway and many roads in the USA for this Year, when compared to the previous Years, if the Summer Season end with relatively moderate, or the same rate of motorists and Pedestrians road crashes on many roads in the USA that has been estimated at an annual rate of ten percent for both Pedestrians and automotive vehicles. This decline has been attributed in part to the safety concern in law enforcement safety measures on many roads with continued maintenance, or reconstruction on the Interstates Highways and various USA roads in the USA. The Department of Motor Vehicles with the traffic law enforcement personnel have been expected to do more in this regard, despite the much that had already been done and continues to be done to reduce traffic accidents on the Interstates Highway and many roads in the USA to zero percent. However, this goal of the Motor Vehicle Department to secure the Interstates Highway and other roads in order to reduce traffic accidents to zero percent may seem difficult to attain, due to violations that can neither be controlled by the law enforcement personnel, nor by the drivers, or the Pedestrians on the many roads in the USA. Few of the mentioned violations that frequently causes road accidents on many roads in the USA entailed drunk driving, or driving while impaired by mostly teenagers and young adults in the many States of USA. Over speeding the designated speed limits posted on various roads in the USA has been one of the main causes of frequent road accidents that have attributed to the fluctuating high rate motor vehicles and Pedestrians road accidents in the USA. Over running the red traffic light at one, or many intersection roads points with over taking of other motor vehicles on the wrong road sides have been violations that have increased road accidents on many USA roads. Besides series of violations often caused by less knowledgeable drivers that often causes frequent road accidents, due to simple traffic regulation violation such as the right turn on red light, while at the same time yielding to the on coming vehicle, or vehicles as your right of way. Frequent zigzag on multiple lanes on the Interstates Highway and other roads by the very young drivers during the peak hours, or congested hours of the day, or Night has been another traffic violation.
