EUROPEAN UNION FOREIGN MINISTERS CONVENED IN GERMANY'S CAPITAL BERLIN FOR THE DISCUSSION OF WIDE RANGE SIGNIFICANT ISSUES WITH POSSIBLE PREVENTION OF FURTHER DISINTEGRATION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES AFTER BRITAIN'S EXIT FROM THE UNION BY THE REFERENDUM THAT HAS CAUSED FINANCIAL AND POLITICAL CHAOS IN BRITAIN AND IN THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.

       European Union Foreign Ministers convened in Germany's capital Berlin over the last weekend for the discussion of wide range significant issues with possible prevention of further disintegration of European Union Countries that has been partly attributed to the political uprising of Populists Right Wing and Conservative Political Parties with regard to the declining honesty of the member countries that has been required for the discussion of the domestic European Union Countries current major and minor difficult problems facing individual member countries in the European Union Parliament in Brussels under the current tougher accountability methods of the European Union Government that have been implemented on individual member countries regardless of their current financial and political difficulties with the social security problems that may have contributed to the increasing debt and budget deficit of the domestic European Union Member Countries, before during and after the implementation of the European Union Austerity Measures that have been implemented on the domestic European Union Countries for the upgrade of the member countries credit line as specified by the European Central Bank (ECB) and for a unified finance system within the Eurozone Countries that will gradually strengthen the European Union currency the Euro with the domestic currencies of the member countries for the eventual, or final solution to the domestic European Union Countries financial political social security and immigration problems that have not been wholly caused by the current refugees and asylum seekers influx and crisis in both the European Union Countries and None European Union Countries of the Northern Southern and Eastern European Countries that entailed England Germany France Belgium Switzerland Austria Denmark Norway Macedonia Greece and Russia. The requirement for restructure of the European Union Countries system of government that will comprise of twenty seven European Union Member Countries leaders, after Britain's exit from the Union has been emphasized in the upper level of authority of the European Union government headed by the European Commission President whose authority for decision making process and the authority of the European Union Countries leaders have been equally limited within the European Union Government. The second level of authority has been the European Union Ministers whose main duties have been specified as delegates of the domestic European Union Government major issues and the third significant level of authority of the European Union Government has been the European Union Parliament which its main duties has been specified as to discuss emerging issues, or problems  and for enacting legislations that will guide and govern the European Union Government.
