UNITED NATIONS GENERALLY ASSEMBLY HAS PASSED THE RESOLUTION FOR TOUGHER PENALTIES AGAINST VIOLATORS OF THE UNITED NATIONS PEACE KEEPING FORCES CODE OF CONDUCT DURING THE PEACE KEEPING HUMANITARIAN AND RELIEF OPERATION MISSIONS.
United Nations Extra-ordinary General Assembly Meeting held at the United Nations General Headquarters in New York over the last weekend on the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces multiple violations of rape committed against innocent civilian citizens, particularly against women during the deployment of the Peace Keeping Forces in many countries around the World, specially in the African countries of Central African Republic, South of Sudan, Uganda and Somalia has been concluded with the passage of the Resolution that specified tougher measures and penalties against violators of the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces code of conduct, particularly those that have been accused and convicted of rape crime during the peace keeping operations in many countries, specially in the mentioned African countries. The penalties specified in the United Nations General Assembly Resolution against violators of the Peace Keeping Forces code of conduct during the Peace Keeping Missions entailed suspension and withdrawal of the Peace Keeping Forces that have been deployed, or redeployed in the areas of crisis, armed conflict, or civil warfare. The accused individuals, or groups of the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces of their peace keeping, humanitarian and relief operations duties during their deployment to Syria, Central Africa Republic, South of Sudan, Somalia, Uganda, Northern Iraq and East of Ukraine originated from various countries of the USA, Eurozone Countries such as Germany, Egypt, Uganda, Nigeria and South of Sudan, except of the five hundred Russian Blue Helmet Peace Keeping Forces that have been redeployed in the Crimea Region and the East of Ukraine. However, the United Nations General Assembly Resolution against its Peace Keeping Forces that have been identified as violators of the Peace Keeping Forces Code of Conduct during the Peace Keeping, Humanitarian and Relief Operation Missions in the countries that have been devastated either by armed conflict, or humanitarian crisis may have either ignored, or looked-out other similar causes of the same offense as the rising concern about the rise of Islamic Militants Movements in the African Continent that has been unfortunately either ignored, or looked-out by the Organization of the African Unity, particularly the Islamists Militants whose rate of violation and rape crimes have exceeded the twenty percent so far committed by the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces in the African Continent.
