CITIZENS INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATIONS HAS CONTINUED IN THE VARIOUS STATES OF GERMANY, PARTICULARLY IN THE EASTERN STATES OF SACHSEN AND SACHSEN ANHALT, DUE TO THE HIGHEST COURT INDECISIVENESS ON THE REQUIRED FINAL DECISION OF THE COURT FOR THE BAN, OR AGAINST THE BAN OF THE THE RIGHT WING POLITICAL PARTIES WITH NEO-NAZI SUSPECTS FROM POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY.

     Citizens civil indiscipline by protest and demonstrations has continued in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen during the three days of extended sessions of debate of the Highest Court on the controversial theme for either the ban of the Right Wing Political Parties and Neo-Nazi suspects from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany, or the approval of Judges for tolerance of Germany's National and Right Wing Political Party the (NPD) in order for the Highest Court to defend and preserve the Democratic and Civil Rights values of a major and democratically acknowledged country as bigger and powerful as Germany, particularly in Germany's Eastern States of Sachsen and Sachsen Anhalt where Germany's National Democratic Political Party (NPD) members and supporters have rallied support for their party and denounced the Highest Court decision that upheld its ruling on the controversial theme that may ban the country's Right Wing Political Party and Neo-Nazi Suspects from political participation in the next scheduled session of the debate of the Highest Court, after three lengthy days of extended sessions of the debate on the controversial subject for either the ban, or approval of Germany's unwanted National Party that ended on Thursday, March.03rd in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016). Besides, the government's support of the Highest Court decision with repeated postponement of the Court's required final decision on one of the country's most controversial political issues of the decade that may require further scrutiny of all the sides that have been directly, or indirectly involved in the debates and on the decision making process, before the required final decision of Germany's Highest Court located in the city of Karlsruhe, despite the anger, or rather the rage expressed about the Right Wing Political Party members with the citizens anger on the outcome of the extended indictment process of the Neo-Nazi cases that may determine the results of the required final decision of both the Regional Courts with the Highest Court final decision on this controversial issue, if the suspects have been proven, or would be proven guilty by the Courts on many counts, rather than proven innocent and acquitted of all types of accusations by the expected verdict of the regional courts that may be passed in the next hearing, before the scheduled debates.
