GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT IN KARLSRUHE UPHELD ITS RULING ON THE DEMAND FOR THE BAN OF GERMANY'S NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL PARTY (NDP) AND THE NEO-NAZI SUSPECTS FROM POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY UNTIL THE NEXT SESSION OF THE SCHEDULED DEBATE.

      Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe has again and for the second time rejected Germany's National Democratic Political Party (NDP) two lawyers appeal for legislative and Constitutional fairness on the expected final decision of the Highest Court on the government's and citizens demand for the ban of the Right Wing Political Parties  such as the National Democratic Party (NDP) and suspects, particularly the Neo-Nazi suspects from political participation in the various States of the Democratic Republic of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen in the only session of the debate  of Germany's Highest Court that has been attended by many Governors of the various States of Germany that have either supported, or demanded the ban of the (NDP) and Neo-Nazi suspect from political participation in their States. However, many leaders, politicians, legislators and intellectuals at home and abroad have supported the lawyers demand for legislative civil and Constitutional fairness as the basic civil and Constitutional Rights of every citizen in a democratic system of government that should not be frequently violated by the Courts, the governments and citizens of  a democratic type of system of government, despite the Highest Court ruling of objection that upheld the demand for the ban of Germany's National Democratic Political Party and Neo-Nazi suspects from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany that should be continued in the next debate on the demand for the ban of Germany's National Democratic Party and its politicians, legislators and suspects from political participation in the various States of Germany.  However, Germany's Highest Court confirmed its decision of rejection against the two lawyers demand for legislative and Constitutional fairness on the grounds of government's obligations and citizens civil and Constitutional Rights that have been obviously threatened by Neo-Nazi continued violence against the domestic citizens and immigrants that have been generally identified as refugees and asylum seekers. Besides, the increasing fear against the NDP growing popularity that may soon be accepted as the replacement for Germany's past political party of National Socialism.
