THE AVERAGE PERCENTAGE RATE OF MOTOR VEHICLES CRASHES AND PEDESTRIANS ROAD ACCIDENTS ON THE INTERSTATE AND USA ROADS HAS FLUCTUATED AT THE RATE OF TEN PERCENT, DESPITE THE MUCH WORK THAT HAD BEEN AND CONTINUES TO BE DONE TO REDUCE MOTOR VEHICLES CRASHES AND PEDESTRIANS ROAD ACCIDENTS.
The average percentage rate of automotive vehicles crashes and Pedestrians road accidents on the Interstate and many USA roads has annually fluctuated at the percentage rate of about ten percent (10%) in the first quarter of this year and the whole four quarters of the last two previous years, despite the much work that had been done and continues to be done on the Instate Highways and other roads in the various States of USA that entailed the USA roads and the regional roads, particularly with emphasis in regard to the continuous effort being exerted with the much work that had been done on the Highways and many roads, particularly on the mentioned Interstate Highways and the regional roads to further reduce the relatively increasing average percentage rate of motor vehicles crashes and Pedestrians road accidents in the various State of the USA. These much effort and work that has been generally stressed as much work that requires both mental health and physical strength included a series of assignments and duties in maintenance and reconstruction work, particularly on the bumps and the holes on the Interstate Highways and many roads. The requirement for much reconstruction work has been attributed to severe weather conditions in much seasonal rainfall, snow fall and ice in both the Northern States, the Eastern States the Western States and the Southern States of the United State of America. New road construction and the reconstruction of the older roads with multiple lanes to ease traffic congestion at the busiest hours of the day, or at Night has been intended to reduce the relatively higher rates of motor vehicles crashes and Pedestrians road accidents, when compared to the European Union Countries and other developed countries automotive vehicles crashes rates and Pedestrians accidents with the joint effort in the attempt to reduce the average percentage rates of the specified accidents that has jointly remained a rather difficult objective to accomplish for many Departments of Transportation. However, other issues such as violation of traffic regulations, due to drunk driving, or reckless driving, besides over speeding the designated speed limits specified on the Interstates and other roads, or over running the red traffic lights at the intersection of many roads have been generally attributed to the relatively higher average percentage rates of motor vehicles crashes and Pedestrians road accidents in the various States of USA.
