TRADE UNIONS EMPLOYEES AT THE AIRPORTS AND CITIZENS HAVE AGAIN AND REPEATEDLY WARNED THE GOVERNMENT WITH THE AIRLINE INDUSTRIES AGAINST POSSIBLE CITIZENS CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY STRIKE PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION. DUE TO THE UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR TARIFF INCREASE, DESPITE THE COMPROMISE REACHED ON THE REQUIREMENT TO HALT FREQUENT STRIKES.

     Trade Unions airport employees and citizens in the various States of the Democratic Republic of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen have again and repeatedly warned the government with the Airline Industry against possible citizens civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike, due to the unheeded demands that entailed the demands for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase for the public sector and the private sector with the airline businesses and airport employees that included the Cockpit Professionals with those in the duty of accompaniment in the aircrafts, particularly on flights bound for the domestic and long distance travel, or the International Flights, despite the previous compromise that has been reached between the government, the trade unions and airport employees on the requirement for the prevention of frequent civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike that has begun to hurt and disturb both the airline Industry with the government's accountability methods that have been required to maintain order and discipline for more success, financial freedom and further economic boom with steady growth in the various fields of businesses and industries, particularly in the corporate and private sector businesses of the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. Other significant and frequently disputed issues that have been attributed to the increasing concern and warnings against citizens civil indiscipline by either strike, protest, or  demonstration entailed the rising concern against the new management plan for insurance and security plan that may drastically cut budget allocation for pay raise and retirement payment for the Cockpit Professionals with those in the duty of accompaniment of the flights, specially for the professionals such as the pilots, flight engineers, the hostess and the flight security respectively.
