USA AND GERMANY INCREASING ROLE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROBLEMS SOLUTION BY CONTINUED MILITARY INTERVENTION FOR PEACEFUL AND HUMANITARIAN PURPOSE WITH THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE UNMANNED VEHICLES HAS GAINED MEDIA ATTENTION ABOUT THE RISING CONCERN OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATIONS AGAINST THE USE OF THE UNMANNED VEHICLES IN HUMANITARIAN AND PECEFUL OPERATIONS.

      USA and Germany increasing role of responsibility for problems solution of both the domestic and International foreign issues by continued diplomatic and political approach, besides the requirement for humanitarian assistance measures and military intervention for peaceful purpose has gained the World's media attention about Human-Rights and Humanitarian Organizations increasing concern against frequent use of the unmanned vehicles, or Drones against terror suspected targets, or persons in the domestic Eurozone countries and in various countries that entailed USA, Russia, the European countries of both the West and East, the Asian major countries and regions, particularly at China Sea and the Pacific Ocean. In addition to the varied deployment purpose, or intention of the unmanned vehicles in the Middle Eastern, the Persian Gulf Region, the Arab World and African countries. The high precision high technology weapon of surveillance and mass destruction have frequently strayed away from the intended destinations, or missed the intended targets for which the unmanned vehicles may have been launched for surveillance, or destruction of the targets in the far away marked regions of conflict and terrorists activities such as in the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine, in Ukraine, Syria, Northern Iraq region Afghanistan, Turkey border to Northern Iraq and Kurdistan, the West African countries of Nigeria and Mali with the East African border regions between Yemen, Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and South of Sudan. Hundreds to thousands of innocent civilian citizens have been frequently killed by the unmanned vehicles in the repeated operations in the mentioned countries, specially when the unmanned vehicles, or Drones have either been strayed by the failed commands, or targeted by the enemies missiles to reach their intended destinations, or specific targets in the far away mentioned countries. However, the domestic European Human-Rights and Humanitarian Organizations continued effort in the continued assistance being offered by the domestic and foreign governments in the repeated attempts that have been frequently made toward the solution of the mentioned problems by diplomatic, political, humanitarian and military intervention that have either ended in the Parliamentary Controversial Debates, or in the Highest Courts and legislative office decisions in the mentioned countries of the USA, Russia and the European Union countries as less significant domestic and foreign issues that do not require Parliamentary, or legislative decision for their implementation, or ban from use in the foreign countries.
