EUROPEAN UNION AND AFRICAN COUNTRIES LEADERS HAVE CONVENED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MALTA FOR THE DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO THE REFUGEES CRISIS IN WESTERN EUROPE WITH EMPHASIS ON MANY AFRICAN COUNTRIES AS THE RECURRING SOURCES TO THE CAUSE OF REFUGEES AND ASYLUM CRISIS IN THE NEIGHBORING AFRICAN COUNTRIES AND AS FAR AS IN THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES.

      European Union leaders and African countries leaders have convened for the first time in Malta for the disscussion of the possible solution to the refugee and asylum crisis in Western Europe and many African countries with emphasis on many of the African countries as recurring sources to the cause of refugees and asylum seekers influx in the domestic African countries and as far as in the Eurozone countries, the USA, Russia, Eastern Europe, the Middle Eastern, the Asian and the Arab World countries. The European Union countries have approved the allocation of the sum of one point billion Euros (1.8b) as the basic financial assistance requirement for implementation, or enforcement of the conditions listed by the European Union countries toward the possible solution to the emerging refugees and asylum crisis from various countries of the World and particularly from the many African countries. Few of the listed conditions that have been mentioned during the Covention held in Malta Yesterday entailed the requirement for sustained immigration policy and border control in the domestic African countires and the Eurozone countries by the border guards enforcement and diplomatic personnel involvement respectively. Besides, the requirement for improved educational co-operation and continued assistance between between the Eurozone and African countries by frequent student exchange programs and scholarship award to ease the difficulties being faced by many African countries students in the Eurozone countries and African countries. This first meeting of the European Union leaders with the African leaders on refugees and asylum crisis may further reduce human trafficing scandals in both the Eurozone countries and African countries. In addition to the repeated attempts of the Eurozone border guards  and the Navy Forces that have been deployed along the Mediterranean Sea coast in the attempts for the prevention of illegal border crossing with the frequent death of hundreds to thousands of refugees, asylum seekers and illegal immigrants from mostly the Northern African countries, the West and East African countries, the Arab World and East European countries. However, immediate implementation, or enforcement of the listed points, or obligations for the solution of the current refugees and asylum seekers problems in Western Europe may require frequent convention, or meetings between the European and African leaders for the reinforcement of Institutions, Organizations and governments various Departments, or Ministries that have been made responsible, or obligated toward the sought of solution to the emerging refugees and asylum seekers crisis in  the African countries and Western Europe.
