UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING EXPRESSED ITS SOLIDARITY WITH FRANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENT FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE FOR THE VICTIMS OF THE TERROR ATTACKS IN PARISH AND THOSE IN SYRIA, DESPITE RISING SECURITY CONCERN IN FRANCE AND THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES WITH THE EMERGING DIVIDE IN THE USA AGAINST REHABILITATION AND NATURALIZATION OF SYRIAN REFUGEES.

      United Nations extra-ordinary General Assembly Meeting held at the United Nations Headquarter in New York expressed its solidarity with France as it officially denounced the terror atacks against Parish with emphasis on the requirement for immediate assistance provision for the victims and families of the victims that have either been injured, or may have died in the deliberate terror attacks against France and specifically against the French capital city Parish. The Security Council Members supported the Solidarity with France with overwhelming votes for the actions that have been directed toward the solution of the rising security concern in France and the Eurozone countries. However, the United Nations Security Council did not specify any objection to the current military action of the World's major counties such as the USA, Russia, France and the European Union countries with the support of the Arab World countries of Saudi Arabia and Qatar against the air strikes that have been generally described as violation of the World Body Organization authority with regard to the order for the declarartion of peace and war in this World. Russia, the USA and other European Union countries had no explanation to their current participation in the airstrikes against ISIS targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region, despite previous repeated objection of the permanent United Nations Security Council Members that entailed Russia, China and other European Union countries against the implementation of the United Nations Alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force, due to difficult, or extended civil warfare in both the developed and the developing countries of this World. As result France, Russia and the USA have continued with their intensified airstrikes against Syria and in Northern Iraq region on one hand and on the other hand have supported the announced made by the World's major countries for the Rehabilitation and Naturalization of Syrian refugees in the Western countries and the USA. This announcement for rehabilitation and possibly naturalization of Syrian refugees that has been made, particularly by the USA government has caused widerange protest and divide among the USA Governors, Senators, Mayors and Members of Congress in the various States of the USA, due to the rising security concern in the Western countries that has continued to spread its violence because of the unexpected and sudden terror attacks that shocked France capital city Parish, killed a hundred and twenty nine innocent French citizens and injured hundreds others late last Friday Evening in the Year two thousand and fifteen (2015).
