UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL VOTED UNANIMOUSLY WITH OVERWHELMING SUPPORT FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM, BUT REJECTED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION THAT AUTHORIZES THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AGAINST SYRIA AND NORTHERN IRAQ REGION.

     United Nations Security Council Member countries latest debate of the series of the debates held on the current Syrian refugees crisis and terror attacks against Parish at the United Nations Headquarter in New York city in the United States of America over the weekend has been concluded unanimously with overwhelming votes in support of the French President decision for the fight against terrorism in France, the Eurozone countries and in the foreign countries of Syria and Northern Iraq region by the United Nations current Resolution that supported with legislative authority the fight against terrorism, but not by the United Nations Alternative legislation that will authorize the use of military force with the possible declaration of long term war against Syria and Northern Iraq region. However, Russian government unilateral approach by continued airstrikes against suspected ISIS targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region has been accompanied by the reinforcement of airstrikes against ISIS targets in Syria with additional long range missiles launch from the Black Sea against targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region. Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed that the Russian Navy has launched over five hundred long range and medium defense missiles from the Black Sea against the intended ISIS targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region, despite the United Nations Security Council decision against the implementation of the Alternative Resolution  that authorizes the enforcement of military force against difficult and extended armed conflicts as in the current conflicts in Syria and Northern Iraq region. France, Belgium and Germany have extended the curfew in the inner cities with the security alert level to the highest security alert level for the enforcement of strict border control in random searches of suspected persons  in the mention inner cities respectively. The extend of damage inflicted on properties that have been destroyed and human lives that have been lost, due to continued airstrikes of the Allied Forces and the Russian Navy long range missiles attacks has been generally described as wide range, particularly in the Northern parts of Syria, the Northern Iraq region and in parts of Turkey.
