GERMANY'S PARLIAMENT FINAL DECISION ON THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED LEGISLATION FOR SELF ASSISTED DEATH OF TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS WITH THE PREVIOUS LEGISLATION THAT SET LIMITATION ON ORGAN DONATION AND DONORS OF VARIED AGES MAY FURTHER REQUIRE THE HIGHEST COURT FINAL DECISION.

The German Parliament also known as the Bundestag concluded its final debates on the previously disputed legislation for self assisted death of terminally ill patients with rather subtle conclusion that permits self assisted death of terminally ill patients on certain conditions, but rejects on  other conditions during the Parliamentary session of debate held in the German  lower Parliament that has been frequently referred to as the Bundestag over the last weekend. This final decision of the Parliament on the self assisted death of terminally ill patients that had been repeatedly discussed in the Parliament without conclusion may cause futher legislative scrutiny on various medical issues that have either caused extended controversy in Parliamentary debates in the German Parliament for the enaction of legislation, or may have remained unresolved in the Hospitals and Health Department, or the Ministry of Health main office, due to the requirement for technical mediacal support and ethical medical professionals direct involvement in the government's policy making structures with either the required legislative authority, or the Executive decisions, specially with regard to the widerange controversial mediacl issues that requires both the mediacl personnel advice with the legislators authority and government's Exeutives decisions on the sensitive, or less sensitive medical health issues that frequently requires collective decision making process at the highest government's office, the highest legislative office and the highest medical office in Germany and the Eurozone countries. However, the Parliament's final decision on the self assisted death and other medical issues that may set the entire lives of the inhabitants of Germany and the Eurozone countries vulnerable to government's Parliamentary decisions and undefined medical practice may further require the Highest Court final decision on widerange medical issues, specially on the self assisted death legislation for the terminally ill patients  with the limitations that have been set for organ donations among donors of varied ages within Germany and the Eurozone countries for the prevention of intended murder against the terminally ill patients for unspecified reasons that may entail business, or violation of organ donation purpose, particularly among children and less experience young adults in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. On the opposite side of the debate various sources have bitterly complained about the Parliamentary decision that has drastically reduced the numbers of Organ Donors and Organ donations needed by Hospitals, Research Institutions and Higher Institutions of Learning such as Universities and Colleges in the various States of Germany and the Eurozone countries.
