THE NEWLY FOUNDED CYBER DEFENSE CENTER WORK PROCEDURE HAS BEEN WIDELY CRITICISED BY SOME UNIVERSITY COMPUTER EXPERTS AND SCHOLARS .

The newly founded Cyber Defense Center has been opened early morning today in the State of North Rhein Westfallia and specifically in the previous German capital city Bonn. Although the Cyber Defense Center has been regarded as well equipped with the required basic and high tecnology devices and equipments for the co-ordination
with other departments that entailed the Justice Department, the Police Department, the Customs Department, the Criminal and Investigation buro, its work procedures has been widely criticised by both the Universities experts and scholars as the center for reporting cyber attacks with possible retrace of the attack locations, rather than the required cyber defense in the Cyber Shield Protection against unforeseeable attacks that can shut down, or destroy important industries such as cyber attacks on nuclear Reactors on the energy sector, the Air traffic controller computers, the GPS satellites navigation system and communication in the communication and the transport sectors and the cyber attacks on the Strategic Nuclear Missiles Defense system that belongs to the Ministry of Defense.
