THE EUROPEAN UNION CENTRAL BANK AND THE IMF REQUIREMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL RESCUE PACKAGE FOR GREECE RESULTED IN THE MOUNTING PRESSURE ON BOTH THE GREE

THE EUROPEAN UNION CENTRAL BANK AND THE IMF REQUIREMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL RESCUE PACKAGE FOR GREECE RESULTED IN THE MOUNTING PRESSURE ON BOTH THE GREEK GOVERNMENT AND THE CITIZENS.

The mounting pressure on both the Greek government and the citizens, due to the European Union demand for the Greek government to fulfill the requirements for the second financial rescue package that has been allocated to Greece in the sum worth a hundred twenty billion euros ($120,000,000,000.00 euros) resulted in the citizens demonstration infront of the Greek Parliament to protest their disapproval against the government austerity measures in spending cuts and tax hikes, particularly the government's plan for additional twenty eight billion euros ($28,000,000,000.00 euros) in saving to meet the European Union central bank and the IMF requirements for the rescue package. However, the demonstration became violent, due to the clashes between the police forces and the citizens for the first time in many months since the implementation of the austerity measures by the Greek government. The mounting pressure on the Greek government may have soften the toughest Greek Prime Minister Papandreou whose plan for resignition surprised many people as it made headlines and breaking news on today's early morning newspapers and the media, eventhough the government in Greece has rejected his plan for resignition.
