NATO'S SECOND PHASE ATTACKS AGAINST LIBYA HAS BEEN WIDELY CRITICISED.

NATO'S second phase of attacks against Libya has been widely criticised as a failure, inspite of the intense bombardment of targets inside Libya. The reason for the criticism of the second phase of attacks against Libya may have been based on the false assumption of a weaken Libyan airforce that launched repeated air strikes on the Rebels with the NATO'S Allied forces strongholds inside the city of Misrata. The Rebel forces Bases in Misrata have been devastated and many of them killed in the latest airstrikes attacks that have been carried out by the Libyan airforce against the Rebels in Misrata.
