EARLY MORNING CIVILIAN MASSACRE IN TRIPOLI HAS BEEN REFERRED TO AS ATTRIBUTES OF THE GUIDED WEAPON FAILURE.

The NATO has apologised for the mistakes in today's early morning airstrikes on Libya claimed to have been airstrikes on intended targets inside Libya, when the airstrikes devastated residential areas in Tripoli that killed many innocent civilians.
