THE LIBYAN GOVERNMENT INTENTION FOR POSITIVE PEACE DIALOGUE WITH THE NATO AND THE REBEL FORCES.

The Libyan government under President Muamar Gadhafi has announced its intention for positive peace dialogue with the NATO and the Rebel forces, inspite of intense NATO'S airstrikes on targets inside Libya which the Libyan government claimed to have hit only civilian targets, killed and injured many civilians and the Rebel forces on the locations inside and outside of the capital Tripoli, in addition to the military skirmishes in the towns of Misrata and Brega in the second phase of NATO'S airstrikes attacks on Libya. However, the Libyan government has passed the budget for the fiscal year 2012 on the early morning national television news broadcast. The amount allocated for the budget by the Libyan government exceeded the sum of thirteen billion euros. ($13,000,000,000.00) euros.
